We receive a large number of requests for scientific and other information from students from other institutions, including elementary and high schools. It is not always possible to respond appropriately, or at all, to all of these requests despite our desire to do so. As it becomes easier to access people through e-mail the number of requests increases. We would urge you to exhaust your library and other resources, including information available in many cases on the World Wide Web, before you solicit information from individuals by e-mail.
Questions should be addressed to the individual who has expertise in the area related to the question. This would require the questioner to review the faculty member web pages for the appropriate person.
Please do not send questions to the webmaster.
Should you make a request of one of our faculty members they will do their best to respond but there can be no guarantee that they will have the time, or possibly the knowledge, to do so.
